GENERAL TERMS ---------
I have the right to reject and/or cancel a commission I do not feel comfortable completing or am simply unable to complete.
these TOS are subject to change. the tos were last amended on 12/15/2025 at 10:01 pm.
do not claim the art I made as your own or remove my watermark.
Only the commissioner may use the art for personal or monetized use. The works I create can be used commercially only when paid for as such. monetized use is regarded as an asset to be used on livestream by the commissioner, such as PNGtubers and such.
minor edits to the art are allowed, but nothing that obscures the watermark.
commissions should not be used to push hate speech or political agendas.
artwork shall not be fed to AI, or be used for AI learning. AI usage during any part of the commissioning process will result in an automatic rejection.
PAYMENT ---------
payment received in Paypal or Cashapp (USD) only, unless stated otherwise.
if your commission costs more than $50 USD, 50% payment is to be sent before work begins, with the other half being paid after the sketch is approved and before lineart begins.
if i have not begun your commission when you want a refund, you will receive your deposit back . If i have already begun and have passed the sketch phase, you will only receive 50% of the original price.
Due to the nature of payments made via gift cards, virtual currencies or discord nitro, those commissions are sadly non-refundable.
failure to communicate when asking for a refund (i.e. doing a chargeback with no communication) will result in a blacklisting.
payment plans are not currently available.
ADOPTS ---------

the owner owns all right to the adopt once the transaction is complete, including commercial rights. please just make sure to credit me for the original design.
if the buyer refunds after buying the adopt, their ownership will be forfeit and the adopt will be resold.
